Kelly Thornton
Hello everyone! I'm the owner, manager, and yes, even the trash lady at NewFace Marketing & Design! Having lived in Mississippi my entire life, I have deep roots in this beautiful state. My journey began in Bay Springs, followed by my college years at Mississippi State University. After spending a couple of years in the Jackson area, I have proudly called Hattiesburg my home for over 35 years.
In high school, I was always drawn to creative subjects such as Art, Literature, and English. My initial plan was to pursue a career in advertising or interior design. However, after taking architectural classes at MSU, I decided to focus on interior design. This choice allowed me to blend my passion for creativity with practical design skills. I quickly discovered that my passion within interior design lies in the realm of constructional design. I particularly enjoy the intricacies of space planning and the creative use of colors. While these are my primary interests, I also have a strong appreciation for all facets of both residential and commercial design. To complement my design expertise, I achieved a significant milestone in 2023 by obtaining my Real Estate license, allowing me to bring a more comprehensive approach to my projects.
Early in my career, I landed a job that allowed me to utilize my marketing and public relations skills—this was the pivotal moment where my journey truly began. Over the years, I built a successful career in Public Relations, Marketing, and Design. In 2013, I took a bold step and launched my own venture, NewFace Marketing & Design. As technology continues to evolve, I prioritize staying abreast of the latest trends to ensure my clients receive cutting-edge solutions and remain ahead of the curve.
